📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship to? We currently focus exclusively on the United States. By specializing in the USA market, we ensure the most reliable service and support for our customers.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 24 hours. You can follow your package’s journey in real-time.
Q: Why is my order arriving in multiple packages? To ensure the fastest delivery, some items may ship separately depending on which of our fulfillment centers has your items in stock.

Q: What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Q: How do I request a refund? Simply email us at info@pawzoa.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping? No! We offer Free Returns. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to make the process as easy as possible.

Q: Are your products safe for pets? Absolutely. At PawZoa, pet safety is our top priority. We carefully select and test our products to ensure they are high-quality and pet-friendly.
Q: How do I choose the right size for my pet? Please refer to the Size Guide found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort.
