Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST - New York) will be processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Order Processing Time (Handling Time): Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday).
Delivery Time (Transit Time): Our standard delivery time to the United States is 10–14 business days (Monday – Friday). Total estimated delivery time from order to your doorstep is 11–15 business days.

Tracking: Shipment tracking information will be provided by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Change of Address: If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us by email at info@pawzoa.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package.
