5. Delivery and Shipping Costs

We currently deliver orders exclusively to the United States.

  • Handling Time: 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

  • Transit Time: 10–14 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the USA.

6. Right of Cancellation and Return

Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days of receiving the item. The product to be returned must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact our customer service at info@pawzoa.com before making a return.

7. Complaints and Liability

If the product you received is defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service at info@pawzoa.com within 30 days of receiving the product. PawZoa is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
