REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our goal is to provide the most accurate information and high-quality images possible for all of our products. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us via email at info@pawzoa.com.

Return Window: The customer always has a 30-day right of return. This period begins from the moment the package is delivered to its destination.

Availability: Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). If a product you ordered is unavailable for any reason, we will notify you immediately by email or phone. We reserve the right to change stock levels without prior notice.

Product Return

The return period is 30 days from the day the shipment is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in full saleable condition.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We inspect all products before delivery; returned items must match the condition in which they were received.

  • Custom-made or individually personalized products are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Pack the items: Pack the returned products carefully in the original packaging. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect packaging.

  2. Include your details: Clearly mark your name and order number on a piece of paper inside the package.

  3. Return Label: A prepaid return label is included in your package for free. Simply attach this label to your package and drop it off at the designated service point.

  4. Return Method: All returns must be sent by mail.

Return Fees: We offer Free Returns. There are no restocking fees, and the cost of the return shipping label is covered by us.

Refunds: The purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected. We process all refunds within 10 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the one you have and, once the return is approved, purchase the new product separately.

Unclaimed Packages

Please note that an uncollected package is not the same as a return. If a package is not collected from the carrier and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee to cover the shipping costs incurred.

Damaged Items & Complaints

Check the condition of your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We are on your side and will work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
